Services and Fees
You don't require a referral to book an appointment with us, however sometimes they can be helpful as they can provide us with a little bit more information about your child and can also allow you access to Medicare Rebates (with a Medicare Care Plan).
We accept referrals for a wide variety of paediatric conditions and reasons. Some of these include:
A standard consult includes:
Please note, a standard consult does not include NDIS report writing and quotes, in depth reports or liaison with other team members, attending team meetings, writing meal plans or other written resources. We are more than happy to provide these services but these need to be discussed with your treating dietitian and they will give you an estimate of cost and how much time this will be.

- Slow weight gain or failure to thrive
- Enteral or tube feeding - NG, PEG, JEJ feeding
- Blenderised Tube Feeding
- ARFID and Disordered Eating
- Neurodivergence and associated feeding challenges
- Fussy and restrictive eating
- Food allergies and intolerances
- Increased weight gain or paediatric obesity
- Micronutrient deficiencies (e.g. iron deficiency)
- Gastrointestinal conditions (e.g. coeliac disease, crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, short gut, constipation)
- Endocrine conditions (e.g. Type 1 diabetes, hyperinsulinism)
- Genetic syndromes and disorders
- Autoimmune or Autoinflammatory Conditions - e.g. Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA)
- Adolescent sports nutrition
- NDIS support, feed management, AT assessments and applications for pumps and NDIS report writing
A standard consult includes:
- complete a nutritional assessment
- development of a suitable plan based on current evidence and national / international guidelines
- support and counselling through advice and education
- if desired, a brief letter will be sent to your referring doctor informing them of our assessment and our recommendations.

Our Fees
Initial Consultations
New Telephone and New Telehealth (Zoom) Consultations (up to 65 mins): $240
New Clinic Consultations (up to 65 mins): $240
*All initial consults include an optional letter back to your referring doctor and a copy to yourself.
Ongoing Consultations
Review Telephone and Telehealth (Zoom) Consultation (up to 50 mins): $180
Review Clinic Consultations (up to 50 mins): $180
*All review consults include an optional letter back to your referring doctor and a copy to yourself.
We are a private billing practice and do not bulk bill.
If you have a GP Management Plan you will be eligible for a $60.00 rebate following your consultation. If you have reached the Medicare Safety Net, you will receive 80% back on all fees from Medicare. GP Management plans expire after 12 months and you are entitled to 5 x rebates per calendar year.
All services are eligible for Private Health rebates.
Appointment fees do not include detailed meal plans, reports, attending multidisciplinary meeting, letters or quotes for NDIS, handover meetings. We are more than happy to provide these services but they require additional time and there may be a fee associated with this work.
All fees are full price and inclusive of GST.
National Disability Insurance Scheme
There are no gap payments for NDIS clients, they are fully billed to NDIS.
We currently only accept clients that are self managed or plan managed under the NDIS scheme. We are a highly experienced team, and well equipped to manage home enteral nutrition / tube feeding support. Our team has a combined 40 years of experience in managing complex paediatric and child feeding disorder, tube feeding, feeding therapy, food allergies and intolerances and restrictive / disordered eating.
Cancellation Policy:
We require more than 24 hrs notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hrs, except in emergency situations, can attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the missed appointment. If a client does not call or show up for their appointment, our fee will be the 100% of the total cost of the missed appointment. We invest in reminder SMS and reminder emails to be sent 5 days prior to your appointment, as well as booking confirmation emails with built in cancellation links. We hold a firm cancellation policy and if families decline payment of their fees, they will be discharged from our service.
